仕事内容：
・社内における様々なデータ利活用案件に対して、必要なデータ分析技術（統計・機械学習・データマイニング等）を自ら取捨選択して適用、自ら分析を実施し、ビジネスニーズに適応する形でそこから得られるインサイトを提供する。
・社内全体の事業部門の解析ニーズ（特にAI創薬領域）に対して、高度解析を実施するための技術的なコンサルティングを実施する。ビジネスニーズに即した解析が行われるよう事業担当者とのコミュニケーションを行い、社内の様々なデータ利活用ニーズの収集、実際にデータ解析を行うためのコンサルティング、さらにビジネス部門に対するデータ解析結果のレポーティングを行う。
・新しい高度解析技術を開発あるいは社外から導入し、社内外の医療データに対して適用、分析技術の利用可能性を社内に広める。
・デジタル戦略推進部はコーポレート組織となるため、解析対象も創薬～製造・販売まで製薬プロセス全体となる。最初はマーケティング分野が中心となるが、オミクスデータ・製造データ、リアルワールドデータなど多岐に渡る解析テーマを並行して担当いただくことを想定している。

Description of work：
Select data analytics techniques （stat. machine learning data mining etc.） best for business needs and execute analytics by yourself then provide insights.
Technical consulting of adavnced analytics for whole business division esipecially for drug discovery. Communication with business division to research data utilization needs consult on data analytics and report analytics results.
Develop or introduce new advanced analytics technology and apply it to medical data to show the possibility of data analytics.
Since Digital Strategy Department is administrative department our analytics target is whole pharmaceutical process from R D to manufacturing / sales. We also have access to various kinds of data such as omics manufacturing real world data etc where you are assumed to analyze marketing data at the beginning.

求める経験：
・機械学習・AI等の高度解析技術の研究（基礎研究・応用研究いずれも可）あるいは、高度解析技術のビジネス適用を解析担当者として行った経験（通算5年以上）
・ビジネスにおける高度解析技術の活用に関するコンサルティング（社内・社外は問わない）あるいは解析プロジェクトのマネジメントに携わった経験（3年以上）
・医薬品業界における業務経験、あるいはバイオインフォマティクス等生命科学分野に関わる解析に携わった経験

さらに以下の経験があると尚可
・データサイエンス分野における学会発表・講演経験、勉強会等のコミュニティやKaggle等のコンペにおける活動経験・実績
・データプロセッシングの実務経験

Desired experience：
Experience in advanced analytics research or application of advanced anaytics to business field （5 = years）
Experience in consultation or management in advance analytics projects （3 = years）
Experience in medical industry or analytics in life science field （ex. Bioinfomatics）

Preferable experiences
Publication of advance analytics work in academic conference exhibitions or data science communities. Or superior achievement in kaggle or other competitions
Experience of data processing

求めるスキル・知識・能力:
・AI・機械学習等の高度解析に関する知識およびその高度解析を実施するためのコーディングスキル（RあるいはPython）
・ビジネス部門における課題を、データ分析課題及び解析アルゴリズムに変換できる課題設定スキル、そのために必要なコミュニケーション能力
・センサー信号データ等の時系列データの解析スキル

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities：
Knowledge on advanced analytics and coding skills （R or Python）
Skills of translating business problem to data analytics goal and algorithms. Communication skills to execute it.
Skills of time series analysis （ex.sensor signal data analysis）
